We coordinate everything for you … your cattle will be processed halal – the healthier and humane way, aged to perfection, completely deboned (except for some steaks and roasts such as New York steaks and ribs), cut / packaged in meal size portions, and placed in vacuum sealed packs. Each share contains nearly all beef cuts as the 2 cattle are split among all 8 shares – ideally to be split by 4 to 8 families.
Please indicate the name of your station in the “Comments for us” box at checkout. Allow for one week to 10 days to have your beef ready. You can charge the order on your credit card, this will give you time to complete the collection among your friends, and coordinate time of pickup.
